Description
The City of Loveland is soliciting pricing for materials for the Big Thompson Canyon Broadband Expansion Project, funded through a USDA Community Connect Grant. Suppliers must provide materials compliant with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA), along with the required supplier and manufacturer certifications. The City may award by individual line item, and quantities are estimated and may be adjusted. Bidders must submit the electronic bid through the Rocky Mountain BidNet System and include the required federal and City forms, including the UEI, Anti-Collusion Affidavit, lobbying certifications and disclosure, Government-Wide Debarment and Suspension Certification, BABA Supplier Certification Packet, and Tax Liability Certification. Delivery is required by October 16, 2026, and the bid must include product brochures or specifications where applicable. The latest addendum extends the closing deadline to September 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Previous bid responses were deemed non-responsive.
