Description
Larimer County, Colorado is requesting quotations for a livestock grazing lease at Eagle's Nest Open Space (ENOS). The lease covers approximately 755 acres and is intended to achieve ecological benefits through prescriptive grazing, including enhancing native habitats, managing invasive weeds, and promoting plant diversity. The initial term is five years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031, with an option to extend for one additional five-year term. The selected lessee will maintain grazing infrastructure, coordinate with Larimer County Department of Natural Resources staff, and follow an annual grazing plan. The minimum fee is $26.00 per Animal Unit Month (AUM).
