Description
Northside Independent School District is soliciting sealed bids for moving, adding, and changing telecommunications cabling. The scope includes copper and fiber-optic cabling, related interconnecting components and accessories, and telecommunications wiring services, including installation, moves, changes, adds, programming, removal, and related networking support. Proposals must include shipping and handling costs to the District. The solicitation requires a technical response and numerous supporting forms and certifications, including company and antitrust information, pricing and service affirmation, a price sheet, W-9, insurance certificate, vendor and EDGAR certifications, conflict-of-interest questionnaire, Form 1295, project-management documentation, proposed subcontractors, manufacturer certifications, warranty certification, certified test-equipment documentation, certified designer and installer certifications, BICSI certification, and RCCD certification. A signed-addenda submission is optional. The solicitation replaces the existing MAC telecommunications cabling contract identified as RFP 2022-127.
