Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is procuring fiber project materials for a Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment project in Lewis County, Washington. The IFB covers 96-fiber and 48-fiber ADSS loose-tube cable, 12-fiber flat-drop outside-plant cable, and one-fiber Corning ROC Drop dielectric cable with FastAccess Technology, in the quantities and reel sizes specified in the Bid Form. Bidders must provide pricing, delivery lead times, country-of-origin information, detailed bidder data, product or material specification sheets, and required BEAD, Build America, Buy America, domestic-preference, supply-chain, and product-compliance documentation. The procurement is supply-only; no installation or construction work is included. Delivery is preferred before February 28, 2027, and low apparent bidders must provide material samples within two business days after bid opening.
