The Town of Shrewsbury's SELCO is soliciting bids for Phase 4 of a fiber-to-the-premises project. The scope includes fiber optic cable installation, aerial fiber optic cable installation, splicing, production deliverables, fiber characterization testing, required reports, and related node construction and fiber schematics work. The solicitation includes construction bid specifications, aerial installation specifications, splicing and testing requirements, SELCO-provided materials and data sheets, unit-quantity bid forms, construction drawings, fiber schematics, and a wage schedule. Electronic quotes are allowed, and a pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 23, 2026.
