Description
Weld County School District 6 is seeking a cloud-based, secure family communication solution that supports two-way communication between staff and families through email, SMS, mobile-app push notifications, and voice delivery. The platform must provide real-time multilingual translation, digital newsletters, volunteer and appointment scheduling, surveys, permission forms, athletic-team communication, accessibility compliance, administrative oversight, reporting, and configurable retention and moderation controls. The base solution must integrate with Infinite Campus using OneRoster 1.2 or later, maintain near-real-time roster and contact synchronization, support cloud hosting and single sign-on, and meet specified student-data privacy, security, accessibility, and service-level requirements. Vendors may separately price an alternate integrated mass-communication module covering attendance notifications, crisis and emergency messaging, social-media moderation and posting, and upgraded 24x7x4 priority support. Responses must address implementation, training, security, accessibility, support, pricing, references, and the requirements compliance matrix.
