Description
The Massachusetts Air National Guard is requesting one brand-name-or-equal Fiber Optic Cable and Accessories LOM kit under a single firm-fixed-price contract. The kit includes specified quantities of single-mode fiber cable, fiber cassettes and housings, duplex jumpers, test reference cords, cleaning supplies, cable tags and labels, cable ties, mounting hardware, firestop material, markers, tape, and related accessories. The offeror must identify the exact delivered description, manufacturer, and part number for each spreadsheet line item. The response must include the completed RFQ pricing sheet, the completed LKLW_KIT Specification Spreadsheet, and an estimated delivery schedule. Delivery is FOB destination, with delivery preferred within 30 days after contract award, to the specified acceptance location. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical conformance, past performance, and delivery schedule.
