Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is purchasing fiber project materials for BEAD Project Area 216. The bid includes 144-fiber, 96-fiber, and 48-fiber ADSS loose-tube cable; 12-fiber flat-drop outside-plant cable; and one-fiber Corning ROC Drop dielectric cable with FastAccess Technology, in the quantities and reel sizes specified in the Bid Form. Bidders must provide product and material specification sheets, country-of-origin and manufacturing information, and the required BEAD Build America, Buy America compliance documentation. Required submittals include the Product Compliance Schedule, applicable manufacturer certification letters, suspension and debarment certification, federal compliance and flow-down acknowledgment, and other conditional BEAD, cybersecurity, waiver, outreach, and lobbying documentation. The procurement is supply-only; no installation or field construction is included. A bid guarantee is required for bids totaling $120,000 or more, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid.
