Description
The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is soliciting bids for fiber project materials for BEAD Project Area 148. The requested materials include 260,000 feet of 144-fiber ADSS loose-tube cable, 40,000 feet of 96-fiber ADSS loose-tube cable, 160,000 feet of 48-fiber ADSS loose-tube cable, 260,000 feet of 12-fiber flat-drop outside-plant cable, and 440,000 feet of one-fiber Corning ROC Drop dielectric cable with FastAccess Technology. Bidders must provide completed bid pricing and detailed bidder data, product or material specification sheets, and required BEAD compliance documentation. Materials must satisfy applicable Build America, Buy America requirements, domestic-preference requirements, and related federal and state grant conditions. The solicitation is supply-only; no installation or construction work is included. A bid guarantee is required for bids totaling $120,000 or more, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid. The District may award by line item and requires delivery timing to be stated after issuance of a purchase order.
