The Massachusetts Air National Guard is soliciting one firm-fixed-price contract for one brand-name-or-equal Fiber Optic Cable and Accessories LOM kit for Springfield, Illinois. The kit includes a broad range of fiber and copper telecommunications materials, including 72-fiber armored outdoor loose-tube cable, copper cable, splice sleeves and cases, fiber connector housings and patch panels, cable ties and straps, innerduct, surge protection modules, labels, grounding materials, fasteners, cleaning supplies, and related accessories. The attached specification spreadsheet identifies the requested manufacturers, part numbers, units of measure, and quantities; offerors must state the actual delivered description, manufacturer, and part number for each item. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract with one contract line item for one kit. Delivery is preferred within 30 days after contract award, with FOB destination delivery to the specified acceptance location. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical conformance to the spreadsheet's salient characteristics, past performance, and delivery schedule. The response must include the completed pricing sheet, completed XGFG kit specification spreadsheet, and an estimated delivery schedule.
