Description
The Johnstown Downtown Development Authority is seeking written proposals from qualified law firms to serve as legal counsel under contract. The selected firm will provide legal guidance, advice, document review, and representation as needed to support the Authority’s operations, programs, and initiatives. The engagement has no specified start or end date; the Authority Board and selected attorney will mutually determine the engagement terms, including renewal and termination provisions. The Authority has no formal policy governing attorney use of artificial intelligence but requests appropriate discretion when using AI platforms, particularly with confidential, sensitive, or otherwise protected information. Proposals are due September 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
