Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is soliciting separate sealed bids for the supply and delivery of BABA-compliant fiber optic materials for four Washington State Broadband Office Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment project areas: PA 88, PA 148, PA 179, and PA 216. Deliveries are to Chehalis for the first three project areas and Morton for PA 216, Washington. Separate bids are required for each solicitation, and the District may make separate awards. Materials must comply with applicable domestic-preference, Buy America, federal, state, Washington State Broadband Office, and District requirements. Each bid requires a five percent bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or surety bond. Bidders must be registered or licensed as required by Washington law.
