Description
The Town of Wareham is soliciting competitive bids for furnishing and installing fiber optic cable, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, supervision, labor, permits, approvals, police details, bonds, and other incidental services required at specified municipal locations. The work is subject to prevailing wage laws and includes compliance with applicable payroll-record requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The selected contractor must complete all work, except pavement restoration, within twenty-six weeks of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Addendum 1 replaces the previously stated sixteen- and twenty-week completion periods with the twenty-six-week requirement and requires bidders to acknowledge the addendum in their bids.
