The State of Colorado is issuing a notice of partial settlement for Iconergy CEG, LLC's Energy Performance Contract for the Arts HHW Valve Replacement project, specifically Energy Conservation Measure H18: Arts Building controls and pneumatic heating valve replacement. Substantial completion has been approved for this portion of the project. Final settlement will be made with Iconergy CEG, LLC. Creditors with verified unpaid claims for labor, materials, equipment, supplies, or subcontractor work may file statements of amounts due with the Authority for the College, Institution, Department, or Agency through the final settlement date. This is a contractor-settlement notice rather than an open request for proposals.
