Description
Habersham County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals for a two-part HVAC project. Part 1 requires replacement of three heat pumps at the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center, using existing ductwork and electrical layout; the replacement units must meet or exceed the existing capacities. Part 2 requires installation of a new HVAC system at the Habersham County Fleet Shop, where fabric air ducts are desired and exact specifications will be determined during the mandatory pre-bid conference. The contractor must remove and dispose of existing units in accordance with applicable law. Each part must be priced independently. Proposals will be evaluated based on unit quality, efficiency, warranty, and cost. The solicitation also requires references, insurance documentation, a completed pricing sheet, bidder declaration, non-collusion affidavit, certificate of non-discrimination, and vendor packet materials.
