Description
The Town of Enfield is requesting bids for a complete heat-pump installation at its transfer station office. The work includes supplying a heat pump sized for a 12-by-6-foot first-floor office, providing a stable base for the exterior unit, installing rain guards beneath the eaves with drip lines, and completing the unit's electrical connection and wiring. Bidders are encouraged to conduct a site visit and identify all materials needed for the work. The award will be based on total bid price and made to the lowest responsible bidder. Bidders must submit proof of workers' compensation insurance or a waiver, a W-9, and general liability insurance documentation.
