Description
The Town of Garner is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to replace designated HVAC and heating equipment in accordance with the project specifications. The bid sheet identifies a Trane 2.5-ton split system at Building 209 and six Space-Ray natural-gas shop heaters at Public Works, including five large heaters and one small heater. Optional work, if funded, includes replacing a Modine natural-gas unit heater and two Goodman 3-ton split systems at Fire Station 1 facilities. Pricing must include labor, equipment, and installation, and the required bid sheet includes company and authorized-bidder information and certifications.
