Description
Antis Township Supervisors is soliciting bids for Contract No. 1, HVAC and Electrical Construction, as part of the Municipal Building HVAC System Upgrade Project. The work includes removing the existing HVAC system, most ductwork, and controls; installing a new heat pump-type HVAC system, new ductwork, replacement gas unit heaters, new HVAC controls, and all electrical work required to support the new system. The successful contractor must comply with Pennsylvania prevailing wage requirements and the Public Works Employment Verifications Act, including employment eligibility verification through E-Verify. A 10% bid bond is required with each bid. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to the owner's stated rights to reject bids or waive informalities.
