Description

Buchanan County, Missouri, is soliciting proposals to furnish and install HVAC equipment at 706 Felix Street. Proposals must be submitted on the county's forms and delivered as sealed proposals; fax and email submissions are not accepted. The successful vendor must sign an affidavit confirming enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program and affirming that it does not knowingly employ unauthorized aliens in connection with the contract. The county reserves the right to reject proposals, waive irregularities, and accept the lowest and best proposal.
