Description
New York State Office of General Services, Design & Construction Group, is soliciting bids for HVAC work to provide building heating and cooling at Building 45 of Pilgrim Psychiatric Center. The project is a Wicks-exempt construction project with an estimated contract amount between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and a substantial completion date of 267 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. Each bid must include bid security of $23,300, and the completed BDC 59 Wicks Exempt List of Contractors form. Successful bidders must furnish performance and labor and material bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. The project establishes participation goals of 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises, 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises, and 3% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses.
