Description
Jefferson County Public Schools is soliciting a qualified, Workday-certified partner for post-go-live Application Management Services. The scope includes ongoing configuration, break-fix and functional support across Workday HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Financials, and related modules; security administration; reporting, dashboards, and Prism Analytics; management of approximately 100 integrations; semiannual release management; Workday Extend support; ticketing, governance, optimization, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The selected firm must support phased deployments, including Financials go-live in April 2027, provide transition-in services from the outgoing systems integrator, and maintain a named Client Success Manager or Service Delivery Manager. The initial active-support term runs through June 30, 2028, with up to two additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must include a technical narrative, Forms A-G, resumes, an SLA, a redacted sample work product, Form H, and a completed cost workbook.
