Description
Shelton School District No. 309 is soliciting sealed bids for the Evergreen Elementary Boiler Replacement Project. The work includes demolishing and removing one existing boiler and furnishing and installing one new high-efficiency boiler, associated pumps, controls, venting and flues, piping modifications, electrical work, and all other work needed for a complete and operational heating system. The contractor must provide engineering, equipment selection, calculations, drawings, coordination, permits, inspections, labor, materials, startup, testing, and commissioning. The estimated bid range is $75,000 to $125,000, excluding Washington State sales tax. This Washington public works project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements, contractor licensing and responsible-bidder requirements, bid security of at least 5% of the total base bid, and post-award performance and payment security requirements.
