Description
The City and County of Denver Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking one concessionaire to operate beverage-focused food and beverage services at the Skyline Park Block 2 kiosk pavilion. The selected operator will provide alcoholic and family-friendly beverages, light pre-prepared and pre-packaged foods, and may operate or coordinate up to two food-truck spaces. The concessionaire must obtain required licenses and permits, propose menus and pricing, operate seven days per week year-round, and support cultural programming and downtown activation. The scope also includes supplying, installing, and maintaining operational equipment; managing staffing, marketing, point-of-sale controls, inventory, utilities, cleaning, public-restroom maintenance, litter and waste removal, recycling and composting compliance, snow and ice removal within designated areas, and maintenance planning. Proposals must address qualifications, approach, financial backing, compensation to the City, a three-year pro forma, capital improvements, and required forms and supporting materials. The anticipated concession term is five years, with a performance guarantee of $15,000 and a payment and performance bond or letter of credit of $5,000.
