Description
Denver Public Schools is soliciting proposals for a grades 6–12 secondary English Language Development curriculum serving Multilingual Learners across all ACCESS proficiency levels. The curriculum must include a coherent scope and sequence, age-appropriate and culturally sustaining content, alignment with WIDA ELD standards and Colorado requirements, differentiated supports for newcomers, students with interrupted formal education, Long-Term Multilingual Learners, students with disabilities, and advanced learners, and authentic instruction and assessment across reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Vendors must provide teacher and student materials, digital components, assessments, research evidence, independent reviews, accessibility compliance, technology integration, and pricing for print, digital, consumable, non-consumable, manipulative, and supplemental resources. The scope also includes a phased district implementation, comprehensive multi-year professional learning, role-specific training, in-person and job-embedded support, data-driven coaching, facilitator certification, customization with District staff, customer service, scalable fulfillment, delivery within specified windows, inventory barcoding, tracking, and ongoing technical support. Proposals must include a single PDF narrative, a separate pricing spreadsheet, required forms and certifications, a redacted proposal, evaluator access credentials, and the requested instructional-material samples or components.
