Description
Sussex County is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of WSHP-1, WSHP-2, and WSHP-3 at its Public Safety Complex. The work includes disconnecting and removing the existing heat pumps and designated piping, ductwork, and wiring, followed by furnishing and installing the replacement equipment, piping, and ductwork shown in the contract documents. The contract term is 100 consecutive calendar days. A bid guarantee equal to 10% of the base bid and all alternates is required and may be provided as a certified check or bid bond from a surety authorized to do business in Delaware. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 28, 2026, and bids are due November 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT.
