Description
Denver Human Services is seeking one or more qualified physical security systems integrators to support its existing LenelS2 NetBox access control environment and associated infrastructure. The scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, system programming and configuration, emergency support, licensing, software and firmware updates, equipment replacement, system expansion, integrations, lifecycle management, reporting, documentation, staff training, and related task-order services. The environment covers approximately 207 controlled access points and 40 panic/duress devices across four primary sites and one satellite office. The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency support, acknowledge critical requests within 30 minutes, and provide on-site response within four hours when required. Respondents must demonstrate current LenelS2 manufacturer authorization, at least two certified LenelS2 NetBox technical personnel, comparable experience, and CJIS-certified support engineers. Proposals must include a narrative, fee schedule, certifications, resumes or qualifications, insurance documentation, and required compliance forms. The anticipated initial term is three years, with possible extensions, and the maximum initial contract capacity is $450,000.
