Description
The City of Englewood is establishing a pool of pre-qualified consultants to provide on-call architecture and design services for City-owned and managed properties. Work will be assigned through project-specific task orders and may include facility assessments, programming, space planning, conceptual and detailed architectural design, construction drawings and specifications, cost estimating, code and ADA compliance reviews, permitting assistance, bidding support, construction administration, site visits, field observations, and project closeout documentation. The City may require access to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, landscape architecture, interior design, cost estimating, and constructability-review disciplines. Projects may involve renovations, repairs, tenant improvements, accessibility upgrades, capital improvements, and unforeseen facility needs. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods. Proposals must include company information, experience and technical capability, project approach, draft agreement comments, and a price proposal with labor and non-labor rates; the proposal is limited to 10 pages excluding specified items and appendices.
