Description
Colorado State University Facilities Management is soliciting documented quotes from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to construct a new stormwater pump station at the CSU Spur campus. The scope includes a simplex submersible stormwater pump and control system, wet well and associated structures, force-main piping, valves, excavation, dewatering, trenching, backfilling, compaction, testing, calibration, and startup. The work also includes electrical construction and pump controls, paving and concrete repair, landscaping repair, and related site restoration. The solicitation requires a comprehensive quote covering labor, materials, insurance, bonds, overhead, and profit. A mandatory pre-bid site tour is required for eligibility, and the quote must include the completed signature page, bidders' checklist, required bid bond and power of attorney, and pricing for all applicable work shown in the drawings and specifications.
