Description
North Carolina State University is seeking approximately 3,000 net square feet of office space within a 10-mile radius of its main campus in Raleigh, North Carolina, for the DASA/TRIO Programs. The requested turnkey space must include private offices, open workstation space, a 10-seat conference room, reception area, break room, work/copy room, storage, and on-site parking. The proposed building must comply with applicable building, zoning, safety, accessibility, and OSHA requirements and be free of hazardous asbestos and lead paint throughout the tenancy. The lease term is three years with two one-year renewal options, and occupancy must commence in July 2027. Proposers must complete the university's proposal form, provide a floor plan drawn to scale, and submit rental, utility, janitorial, water/sewer, parking, and space information. The university's standard space lease form is required, and proposals must be submitted through the eVP portal using the attached proposal form.
