Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from owners or authorized representatives for approximately 9,522 ABOA square feet of office space in Johnson City, Tennessee. The requirement includes 18 reserved parking spaces, parking otherwise compliant with local code, and a fully serviced lease for a 15-year full term with a 10-year firm term. Proposed properties must satisfy federal requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, sustainability, floodplain avoidance, and tenant security. The site must meet specified separation requirements from hazardous-material facilities, certain government or other facilities, and locations associated with foreign powers. Anyone working on the project or accessing plans will require a Limited Access Request background check. Expressions of interest must provide property identification, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, full-service rental rates, operating costs, and ownership authorization when submitted by a representative rather than the owner.
