Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from owners or authorized representatives of properties in a defined area of Ventura, California. The requirement is for 10,200 to 10,500 ABOA square feet of office or retail space, with two total parking spaces, two surface spaces, and two reserved spaces. The lease must be fully serviced and meet federal fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements; the offered space may not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. The anticipated full term is 10 years, with a 5-year firm term. Expressions of interest must identify the building name and address, representative contact information, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, and full-service rental rates or operating costs. Submissions from anyone other than the property owner or manager must include written authorization from the owner. The estimated occupancy date is September 1, 2027.
