Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from offerors able to provide 4,485 ABOA square feet of contiguous office space on one floor in Brunswick, Georgia. The space must be fully serviced and meet federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, access, parking, and location requirements. The delineated area is bounded by Glynco Parkway to the north, Highway 17 to the east, 1st Street to the south, and Highway 341 to Interstate 95 to the west. The lease is structured for a 15-year full term with a 10-year firm term and no option term. Expressions of interest must include the building name and address, offeror representative contact information, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, asking rent, a floor plan or building flyer, the date the building will be ready for tenant improvements, and documentation from the building owner authorizing the offeror's representative to provide property information.
