Description
Wake County Public School System is seeking a qualified branding, marketing, or communications agency to assess, modernize, and strengthen its districtwide brand system without substantially redesigning the existing logo. The work includes a current-state brand audit; brand strategy and architecture; core visual identity standards; department, program, initiative, campaign, and event branding guidance; digital, social media, video, and motion standards; photography and representation guidance; accessibility and multilingual design guidance; promotional product and apparel standards; generative AI and AI-assisted design guidance; templates; and a practical brand governance framework. Required deliverables include a brand audit and recommendations, comprehensive standards and guidelines, a template library, governance materials, training for designated communications leaders, and final editable source files and production-ready brand assets. Proposals must include the signed execution page, agency overview, relevant experience and comparable projects, project approach and timeline, proposed team, deliverables, revision cycles, training approach, references, optional services, and a detailed overall cost proposal as the final page. Proposals are due by email no later than September 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
