Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking one or more providers to deliver on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) support services. The scope includes behavioral assessments, behavior intervention planning, data analysis, report writing, written recommendations, consultation with educational teams, Individualized Education Program meeting attendance, parent training, Registered Behavior Technician supervision, and behavior-analytic professional development. Individual providers are eligible, multiple vendors may be awarded, and vendors may submit for BCBA services without being required to provide RBT services. The district anticipates an initial need for approximately 9–10 BCBAs. Assignments are generally expected to be full-time, may involve multiple schools for BCBAs, and may include substitute coverage. Services must be performed on-site; teletherapy is not permitted. The district will provide needed materials, and no Medicaid billing is required. Vendors may propose hourly rates by activity, and non-direct BCBA activities within the scope are billable at the contracted rate. The contract is a new procurement, with services expected through June 30, 2027, and up to two additional one-year extensions at the district’s discretion.
