Description
The City of Redwood City is soliciting proposals from existing providers for HOME Investment Partnerships-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) grant funding to deliver supportive services to qualifying populations. Eligible populations include people experiencing or at risk of homelessness; individuals and families fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking; people at greatest risk of housing instability; and people needing supportive services or assistance to prevent homelessness. Eligible service categories include McKinney-Vento supportive services, homelessness prevention services, and housing counseling services. Proposed services must expand or enhance established programs rather than launch new programs. The maximum request is $1,016,375 per respondent, with requests serving no more than two qualifying populations capped at $500,000. Awards have a three-year term from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2029. Proposals must include the specified service plan, unmet-need, capacity, performance, budget, organizational, certification, financial, and policy materials and must be submitted as one electronic PDF by email.
