Description
San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is requesting proposals from qualified organizations and agencies to provide Community-Based Recovery Service Centers offering Recovery Center services, with optional Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System standalone services. Requested services may include recovery support, peer support, care coordination, relapse prevention, education and job-skills linkages, family support, support groups, parenting education, socialization activities, and other services for adults, adolescents, or both. Proposers must describe their service approach, staffing, facility, geographic coverage, community partnerships, quality-management program, outcomes, implementation plan, and proposed budget. Recovery Center services do not require Drug Medi-Cal certification; standalone services do. The contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. One or more providers may be selected, with a projected aggregate allocation not exceeding $12,028,534 for the five-year period, subject to Board of Supervisors approval and funding availability. Proposals must be submitted through ePro or delivered as hard copy with original signatures by the deadline.
