The Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition, supported by the Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority, is seeking qualified social service providers to partner in the Prince Street Project located at 134-136 S. Prince Street, Lancaster, PA. The project includes 32 units of affordable housing, 9 units of transitional housing, and a first-floor resource center. Selected providers will be offered shared office space to deliver direct services to clients, including housing assistance, life skills training, health and wellness, legal aid, behavioral health, employment services, and more. The center is expected to open in October 2027. This is a co-location opportunity, not a grant.
