Los Angeles County's Department of Children and Family Services is seeking one organization to provide services for its Incarcerated Parents Services Program. The primary focus is to promote and monitor continued contact by facilitating family bonding time between children and their parents or legal guardians, in conjunction with DCFS case plans and/or Dependency Court orders. The solicitation includes a work order proposal, cost proposal, pending litigation and judgments form, request for preference consideration, sample work orders and exhibits including the Statement of Work, and an addendum. One contract will be awarded.
