Description
The Town of Bolton, Vermont is soliciting proposals for a town-wide reappraisal of all real property within the town. The successful contractor will be responsible for conducting a full reappraisal to ensure all properties are assessed at fair market value in accordance with state regulations. The scope of work includes data collection, property inspections, valuation analysis, and the preparation of assessment rolls. The contractor must also provide support during the appeal process and ensure compliance with Vermont's appraisal standards.
