Description
The U.S. Army National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for one enclosed cargo trailer approximately 8.5 by 20 feet. The trailer must have an interior height of at least 74 inches, a 5,000-pound capacity, an extended tongue suitable for pulling with a lift-gate truck, a 40-by-90-inch service access window, interior and exterior wiring and lighting, a heat pump or mini-split system, recessed wall-mounted cabinets and wardrobes, wardrobes along the unit's length, waist-height cabinets along the front, and an onboard generator with a converter/inverter capable of supporting the unit and approximately 25 amps of additional power. An 18-foot electric awning is included as an option. The unit will support weapons cleaning, range-command activities, and shelter from the elements, including minor off-road use. Quotes must include technical capability information, up to three recent and relevant prime-contractor past-performance references, and pricing using the provided spreadsheet. The technical capability section is limited to 10 pages, and past performance is limited to one page per reference and three pages total. The award will consider technical capability, past performance, and price, with the intent to award a single firm-fixed-price contract.
