Otter Creek Basin Clean Water Service Provider Call for Proposals

The Addison County Regional Planning Commission, on behalf of the Otter Creek Basin Water Quality Council, is issuing a call for proposals for clean water projects in Basin 3, which includes the Otter Creek, Little Otter Creek, and Lewis Creek watersheds. Projects should focus on phosphorus reduction and other water quality improvements. Required application materials include a cover page, detailed project description, maps, timeline, budget, phosphorus reduction report, landowner letter of support, natural resources screening form, and other relevant documents. Applications must be submitted four weeks prior to regularly scheduled Basin Water Quality Council meetings, which occur on the fourth Wednesday of January, April, July, and October. Funding is available for various project phases as described in the Clean Water Initiative Funding Policy.
