Description
Provo City School District is requesting statements of qualifications from commercial real estate brokerage firms to provide as-needed real estate advisory and brokerage services. The scope may include purchasing, selling, and leasing real property; identifying properties for acquisition or lease; evaluating market conditions; and assessing the value and marketability of District-owned property for potential sale or lease. The anticipated award is a single contract to the highest-ranked responsive and responsible vendor, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation and contract terms. The District anticipates an initial one-year contract with up to four additional one-year renewal options. Project-specific brokerage, listing, buyer-representation, tenant-representation, or other written authorizations may be issued under the contract. Responses must be submitted through the online procurement portal and include the required minimums, technical-criteria response, and required vendor certifications and information. A confidentiality claim and redacted proposal are required only when the vendor seeks protection for portions of its proposal.
