U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is seeking a contractor to provide home country support services for beneficiaries. The scope includes assistance with parole and employment authorization applications; obtaining documentation for country exit and U.S. entry; fingerprint collection; scheduling embassy interviews and appointments; preparing pre-reunification travel plans; booking international travel; facilitating special travel assistance requests; providing pre-departure briefings and pre-embarkation health checks; assisting at departure airports and U.S. ports of entry; and providing information about post-reunification services, including behavioral health services. The contractor must also operate a help desk with a toll-free number for callers in the continental United States and overseas. The requirement covers six months of service, from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. The solicitation identifies the International Organization for Migration as the intended source based on the urgency of the services, but states that any responsible source may submit a quotation.
