Description
The City of Châteauguay is requesting proposals for professional property assessment and valuation services. The contract has a six-year initial term from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2032, with two three-year renewal options covering January 1, 2033, through December 31, 2035, and January 1, 2036, through December 31, 2038. This is an open competitive procurement awarded to the highest-scoring submission. Responses may be submitted electronically through the designated Quebec electronic tendering system in accordance with its prescribed procedure. The procurement is subject to the Quebec–Ontario trade and cooperation agreement and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
