Description
The Town of Flower Mound is accepting statements of qualifications from firms to provide real property appraisal services for various projects. The scope includes estimating fair market value for property acquisitions, preparing appraisal reports, documenting physical property characteristics, photographs, location maps, comparable sales, and other analyses and conclusions required by applicable professional standards. Responses must include firm qualifications and relevant project experience, references, time in business, quality assurance information, prior work for the Town if applicable, proposed project manager and key personnel, team roles, service capabilities, timely-service capability, and disclosures of significant prior or ongoing contract failures, litigation, or investigations. The submission must also include the Town's Proposal Certification Form, a signed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Attachment A, and current proof of insurance. Selected firms will be retained for two years and may subsequently be asked to submit proposals for individual assignments.
