The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop a pool of state certified or licensed general property appraisers for inclusion in the State Parks List of Approved Appraisers. Appraisal services are required for a variety of purposes, including fee-simple acquisitions, or less than fee, such as lease, transfer, and impressment of easements. Work is to be performed on a project-by-project basis statewide. State Parks intends to make multiple awards to establish on-call convenience use contracts. The contract term is 24 months with an option to extend up to three additional years. The estimated contract value is below $150,000. Bidders must be registered to do business in Washington and appraisers must hold a certified general appraiser license in the state.
