Description
The Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero is seeking a contractor to provide skim pit, grease trap, and septic tank pumping services on an as-needed basis. Services include weekly skim pit pumping, monthly and quarterly grease trap pumping, and as-needed septic tank pumping at various locations on the hospital grounds. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, including vacuum trucks, and comply with applicable regulations. Addendum #1 clarifies that the bidder's rate sheet must include an emergency service call fee, which the awarded contractor will charge in addition to the quoted pumping service fee when emergency services are required. The anticipated contract term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029.
