Description
The Bureau of Land Management's Wyoming State Office, Pinedale Field Office, is soliciting vault pumping services for remote recreation sites. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, water, transportation, pumping, cleaning, disinfection, and disposal services necessary to maintain vault toilets. Services are performed during the May 15 through October 30 operating season, with annual service coordinated as one route and completed within 72 hours of Government notification. No water or power hookups are available for contractor or subcontractor use, and all roads are accessible by service vehicles with adequate room to position and turn pump trucks. The requirement covers one annual service per contract year, with additional or emergency pumping handled at contract pricing or by modification. Vault capacities are approximately 1,000 gallons for single vaults, 1,200 gallons for double vaults, and 1,000 gallons for the dump station. The prime contractor is responsible for disposal, all associated costs, and contract performance; a prime employee or authorized representative must be onsite during each pumping operation, and applicable limitations on subcontracting apply. The contract is a firm-fixed-price requirement with one base year and three option years. The incumbent is M&M Transfer Inc., whose prior purchase order 140L6223P0009 covered the base and two option years for $31,788.00.
