Description
The U.S. Air Force is establishing approximately three multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements for commercial portable sanitation equipment supporting exercises, contingency operations, special events, and temporary facility outages. Offerings may include standard and ADA-compliant portable toilets, deluxe or flushable units, hand-wash stations, two-stall restroom trailers, larger restroom or shower trailers, and other available configurations. Vendors may submit partial quotes for only the unit types, configurations, durations, and accessories they can furnish. The scope includes leasing, delivery, placement, anchoring or ballasting, utility connections where applicable, weekly servicing, additional emergency or routine servicing, consumables, relocation, removal, site restoration, waste transport and lawful disposal, and destructive-weather preparation and recovery. Quotations are evaluated on technical acceptability, price reasonableness, and contractor responsibility; vendors must demonstrate current access to inventory or a documented island-supplier arrangement, servicing vehicles and personnel, delivery and placement equipment, surge capability, and the ability to meet required response times. The aggregate ceiling for all resulting BPAs is $3,000,000, with a $350,000 limit per call order, and the BPA period may not exceed five years.
