Description
The National Park Service is requesting quotes for a firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreement covering septic pumping, lift station pumping, pipe cleaning, and heavy or extended-run cleaning at Indiana Dunes National Park. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials, disposal, and incidentals; comply with applicable environmental, safety, and waste-management requirements; inspect tanks and report deficiencies; and maintain required state waste-management and septic certifications. Services will be ordered as needed, with routine, incident, and emergency response levels requiring response within 7 days, 24 hours, and 2 hours, respectively. The agreement may remain in effect for up to five years, with no guaranteed minimum quantity. Quotes must include pricing for five years, a completed Standard Form 18, the technical questionnaire, past-performance references for two to three similar projects completed within the past three years, contractor core data, and acknowledgment of any amendments.
